NAVADZ plans to target consumers in the mobile phone market and retail market. • Nearly three-quarters of billboard viewers shop on their way home from work, and more than two-thirds make a shopping decision while in the car. There is great room for this to increase. The platform is already built, Billboards already have there influence. Navadz will target the consumers who don't usually notice billboards and by offering them a promotional special get them to shop with the business thats being advertised.
